Based on manufacturing processes, performance characteristics, and usage requirements, antistatic turnover boxes are mainly divided into three categories, each with its own focus on applicable scenarios: First, injection-molded antistatic turnover boxes, made with polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) as the base material, with conductive additives such as carbon powder added, are injection molded. Their surface resistance is mostly 10⁶-10⁹Ω, featuring high strength, wear resistance, and good sealing properties. They are suitable for workshop process turnover and finished product storage of heavy or precision products such as electronic components, circuit boards, and lithium battery cells. Secondly, there are hollow board type anti-static turnover boxes, which are assembled from anti-static hollow boards. They are lightweight, foldable, and have a surface resistance range of 10⁶-10¹¹Ω. They are suitable for the turnover of lightweight products such as photovoltaic silicon wafers and pharmaceutical packaging materials in cleanrooms, and the foldable design can save storage space when not in use. Thirdly, there are conductive turnover boxes with a surface resistance of less than 10⁶Ω. They have a faster charge dissipation speed and are suitable for the transportation and storage of products that are highly sensitive to static electricity, such as semiconductor wafers and precision sensors. They are especially suitable for production environments with high cleanliness and low static electricity risk.
