The simplest method to install an anti-static turnover cart:
1. First, connect one outer frame to four supporting round rods and tighten them with screws;
2. Place the required PCB board onto the round rods, ensuring single-sided boards are placed at both ends and double-sided boards in the middle;
3. Install the other outer frame and tighten it with screws;
4. Install the anti-static casters, which can be secured with bolt cutters;
5. Adjust the distance according to the size of the PCB board.
