Due to its excellent physical properties and chemical stability, PP substrate often achieves its antistatic function by adding conductive materials such as carbon powder (resistivity 10^3-10^9 Ω·cm), making it suitable for scenarios such as the handling of electronic components. Hollow sheet, on the other hand, is made by incorporating antistatic masterbatch (surface resistivity 10^6-10^11 Ω) to create lightweight, high-strength turnover boxes, such as folding boxes and frame boxes, which can be customized to meet logistics and warehousing needs. In addition, special materials such as metal fiber composite materials (conductivity 1-100 S/cm) can also be used for specific applications. Auxiliary additives such as antioxidants (extending lifespan by 2-3 times) and flame retardants (UL94 V-0 rating) further optimize performance.
