Characteristics of flame retardant fabric
● The 100% Cotton Flame-Retardent Fabric of Flame-Retardent, which is authoritative all over the world. Flame-Retardent is used at the finishing stage to make permanent cross-linking on the fabric, which enable it durale flame-resistant and can be washed for 50 times.
● The Flame-Retardent Fabric can prevent the spread of fire and minimize the risk of fire and its hazards, the property doesn't diminish with usage and washes, and the fabric doesn't ignite melt soften or shrink in the fire. Its flame-retardent property is up to standard of EN470-1, EN531, EN533 and EFPA2112.
Main characteristics
● Anti static performance:
Fabric can effectively prevent the generation and accumulation of static electricity, avoiding damage to equipment and human body caused by electrostatic discharge.
The point-to-point resistance value is usually within the range of 1.0 × 1010 Ω, ensuring that the fabric has good electrical conductivity.
● Flame retardant performance:
The fabric is not easily flammable when in contact with a fire source. Once the fire source is removed, the fabric will extinguish on its own to prevent the spread of fire.
Flame retardant grades are usually divided into Class A, Class B, and Class C, with different levels corresponding to different combustion performance requirements.
● Other physical properties:
The fabric has high color fastness and tear strength, ensuring that it is not easily faded or damaged during use.
